Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank – there is often processing time before a refund appears

General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:
- The pill box organizer is unused and in original condition
- There is a quality issue or the product doesn’t match our website description
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse
- The product has been used or modified
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
- Within 24 hours: 80% refund of total price
- After 24 hours: 50% refund of total price
- After processing time: 80% refund of total price
After Shipping:
We cannot accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Product Quality Issues
If you receive a defective pill box organizer:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photos showing the defect
- We will offer a full refund or replacement after verification
- Return shipping costs will be covered for verified quality issues
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong pill box organizer:
- Contact us immediately with order details and photos
- We will send the correct item or provide a full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
Return Process

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the unused item securely in original packaging if possible
- Include your order information inside the package
- Ship to the provided return address
- Provide tracking number to [email protected]
